   We send a quotation describing the proposed scope and price.

   Confirm scope and terms

   Once you are happy, we confirm the agreed scope and terms with you.

   Work begins

   We start the project according to what was agreed.

   Receive your deliverables

   You receive the agreed deliverables, with revisions handled as set out in the agreed scope.

Submitting a request is not an order and does not oblige either party. A project starts only after you have confirmed the quotation and terms.
